- Open the myt travel app and tap Profile.
- Tap Login, then New user? Register here.
- Enter your full name and email address, then tap Register.
- Enter the OTP sent to your email.
- Go to Profile → My Profile and add your mobile number.
- Enter the OTP sent by SMS. You're registered.
Buy a pack
Prepay pays now; postpay is added to the next bill.
- Select your destination and a plan.
- Tap Buy now.
- Choose your own number, or gift it to another prepay number.
- Enter your date of arrival at the destination.
- Validate the OTP.
- Choose a payment method and pay.
- Check the order summary — the pack appears under My SIMs.

Buying, installing and topping up your eSIM data pack
- Open the myt travel app and search your destination.
- Select a plan.
- Check eSIM compatibility when prompted.
- Choose a payment method and proceed to payment.
- Review the order summary. The eSIM appears under My eSIMs.
iOS
- Go to My eSIMs and tap Install.
- Read the notice and tap Next.
- Tap Activate eSIM, then Activate.
- Wait for the installation to finish, then tap Continue.
- Select where you'll use this eSIM and tap Continue.
- Select Data Only and tap Continue, then Done.
Android
- Go to My eSIMs and tap Install.
- Read the notice and tap Next.
- Tap Activate eSIM, then Setup and Add.
- Wait for the installation, then turn the new eSIM on.
- Name the SIMs and choose icons, then tap Next.
- Pick which SIM handles calls, messages and mobile data, then tap Done.
- Go to My eSIMs and tap Top Up.
- Select a plan and tap Buy now.
- Choose a payment method and proceed to payment.
- Review the order summary and preview the plan details.
