Yes. If you cancel before completing the 24-month period, a penalty will apply:

• Before 24 months: Rs. 2,000 penalty fee
• After 24 months: Rs. 1,000 penalty fee

No, downgrades are not permitted during the 24-month promotional period. If you choose to downgrade from Compact Plus during this time, you will lose the special Rs 999/month rate and may not be eligible to return to this promotional price, even if you upgrade again after the promotion ends.
